Hi, yup. It's building off of work my coworker did before they were laid off and didn't get a chance to act on. It is documentation that reinforces inclusive user testing we did, plus attempting to remove a huge compliance liability surface area.

I have a non-trivial amount of experience with browser focus rings not being sufficient during usability studies, so I'd beg to differ with that statement. It's less about absolutes and more about knowing the audience you serve and proactively providing what they need.

Some default browsers don't have WCAG-conformant focus ring styles. It's a lot better than it used to be, but something to be aware of.

I started when I went remote for Covid quarantine.
It's 5 years later. Covid is still here and I'm still working remote. This service has been a through line for the duration, and I'm legit feeling emotional about it ending.
