We had 3 generations of food stamp, public housing, no dad, 6+ kid households next to us where not one person worked or did anything the entire day. A system gamification passed down from grandparents (grandmothers only) to grandkids. They were finally evicted after 8 years of terrorizing the neighborhood and reporting of incidents to the subsidized landlords.
