Ignoring the passport issue thing. I've just spent over an hour having a look over that website. It is actually the best thing I've read on the subject matter. What they are doing/have done seems legit. A whole lot of faff, but do-able. If they are to be believed (And I've no reason not to), they have actually DONE IT as opposed to theorising about it, like others do.
