The amalgamation bit was in reference to the Biblical canon. I’m of the opinion that Constantine’s forced inclusion of some books and omission of others as apocryphal texts was a collusion for power by his empire and the church and not for the betterment of the followers of Christ. And as such, many translations (Greek/English being the primary one) do not carry over the full historical context as a result. My whole point from the beginning, with the Barabbas example. Which is why I used the word allegedly. Because the history has been tampered with and was already a wild story from the start 😅
