Initiating a phone call requires 5k sat HTLC (2 minute timeout) to the recipient of the call but isnt acknowledged by the recipient if a) the initiator is in the recipients contact list or b) the call duration exceeds the HTLC time to live. spam/robocallers/telemarketing defeated. somebody please build this. #bitcoin #lightning
