Everyone is welcome to join, including those who feel like solo parents, though we will still prioritize actual solo parents.
Mechanics :
It's simple—you just take a picture of the dish or the food you cooked.
and include the following in your post:

👨👩👧 Number of family members served
❤️ A short story about why you chose the meal.
