A .22 is ideal for pointblank self-defense. Toss some hollow-points in it and let 'er rip. Niggers don't wear armor anyway.
Shots to the vitals are still fatal and there is less worry about collateral, I think. Women in particular would benefit from a .22 - low recoil, high mag capacity (they routinely fail to reload under pressure) and low(er) noise.
