Interesting induction stove design. Somewhat similar principle to the Control Freak but with an added battery to increase its power capabilities over a standard US plug, and a better temperature sensor
Stoves use very little energy over the day, but require a large amount of power for short bursts thus need special wiring. This stove uses a battery which is trickle charged
The temperature sensor uses thermal balancing
Expensive though
