“Number go up” people didn’t understand the emission, which is “1 coin per second forever”.
The tech is still rock solid. Ruthless simplicity is something that pretty much only Bitcoin and Grin can claim. Though I’m not sure Bitcoin devs have actually stated that simplicity is a primary goal.
