For example: There’s a lot of people that have met me in meatspace and thus know what I look like. However, that group is still small when compared to the broad internet, so I have the luxury of going to a conference and just being there, without swarms of people wanting to take a picture or sign a book or something. People like Jimmy Song don’t have that luxury. And that’s fine of course, there’s benefits and drawbacks to not having your face “out there”. Anyway… not sure why I typed all that out.
