I’ve been growing in ways I never expected—not just through yoga, but as a person. I’m learning to listen to my body, quiet my mind, nourish myself with good food, enjoing my daughter as much as possible, and embrace the sun whenever I can.

I’ve made a choice: to stop wasting time and dedicate it only to what uplifts me or expands my mind. I’m diving into new studies, creating fearlessly, and exploring with curiosity. I can’t wait for the academic year to end so I can dive even deeper—into new knowledge, new books, and new experiences.
