I think the design we’re going to go with is a “conscious” system with an awareness of itself and everything it needs to achieve that then offloads a set of goal based reminders into a “sub conscious” agent that is triggered to monitor the conscious session and keep momentum.

Will run this for a while and see how it works and if we can start to increase momentum without the drift.
