Takes just few minutes and no technical and networking knowledge is required. Self custody private LN node, no bullshit involved.
1- Install Lightning Pub (https://lightning.pub) on any normal PC at home. Is just an adapted LND node in neutrino mode. No open ports or Tor required. Just one single line command install.

2- Connect ShockWallet to your LN.Pub node. Over nostr, no other strings attached.
You will get a regular LN address but also through CLINK (https://clinkme.dev) you get a noffer and a ndebit string. All communication is encrypted over nostr.
3- In ShockWallet - Linked apps, you can obtain your ndebit string. Is like NWC for payments.
4- Open https://bxrd.app/ nostr client and in settings add the ndebit string. Add also your shockwallet.app LN address if you want to receive sats straight into your LN.Pub node.
Lightning Pub it can run in 2 modes: automatic liquidity or manual opening channels. All in private.
ShockWallet also can run in 2 modes: self-custody linked to your home LN.Pub node or in boostrap mode using ShockNet liquidity (custodial, designed for demos).
You can configure also your own domain and relay if you do not want to depend on ShockNet ones. Is all fully customized and FOSS.
