Highly underrated sandwich wisdom.
1. Create height by layering your sandwich fillings; fold the meat. Add veggies (lettuce, tomato, onion, etc) in between meat, cheese, and bread.
2. Dress and season your veggies like a salad using salt, pepper, olive oil, and vinegar.
3. Ditch the seed oil mayonnaise by either increasing the veggie dressing and going mustard only, or by using a real fat like olive oil or avocado oil in your mayo.
