I love these folks, partly because the better they are at their jobs, the easier it is for me to pay my mortgage, but *especially* because they really enjoy doing things I *hate* doing: a) asking for money, and; b) haggling.
For me, haggling is (at best) embarrassing. At worst, it's humiliating. It's *always* exhausting. But for my agents, it's *invigorating*.
