Greetings Sound HSA team, I am writing because I am having problems with your application. Just a moment ago I completed the challenge but the total steps count has been blocked. I estimate I have taken a little over 55,000 steps. Fortunately, the "Health" section records and keeps weekly statistics.

I normally use the application daily. This is my second challenge, so far so good. A few days ago I shared the progress of my challenge on X. I was very excited but now this error occurs. The button to complete and claim the challenge is not available.

I have logged out and back in, the application, and cleared the cache, and the problem persists.

Please, I need a prompt response and solution to my case. There is only one day left until the challenge ends. It is not fair to lose everything for nothing.

How can you help me? It is not my fault. You can check the screenshots, I just took them. I remain attentive to any news and thank you in advance for your collaboration.

P.S.: My operating system is Android and I downloaded the application from the Play Store.
