Missed my prep time yesterday evening. Making it in the morning meant She was already gone to work. So I am dipping into the food-courier career today (hanging up my taxi hat after dropping the kids off first) and making a delivery to Her work. Hope She likes the taste as much as I do.
Salad time! I wanted some crunchiness to balance out the camembert, but it was to-go, so breadcrumbs would get soggy (and I had no time for making them anyway). ChatGPT suggested some finely sliced cabbage. So with shaved carrots, arugula, cherry tomatoes, thinly sliced red pepper, a spoon of sour cream, and a dash of fermented basil sauce, it went into the box.
