Beware of Frontier Communications. I just canceled my phone and & internet service and found that they are charging me hundreds of dollars in disconnect and other fees. They even charge a $50 fee to process return of their router. This is after I called them two months ago to discuss plans to terminate service and make sure that my contract due for renewal in September was not renewed and I'd be able to cancel at this time.
