Besides the recrudescence of reaction, the second-biggest problem of our times is that too many of the smart people just want to watch documentaries on Netflix, laughing sardonically while fascists pillage.
They'd rather be saying "can you believe this guy" on the way to the gas chamber than actually organize and engage in politics.
