Afaik there are only two NIP-85 providers. See https://gitlab.com/sebastix-group/nostr/wotathon.kubo.watch/-/blob/master/README.md?ref_type=heads#trusted-service-providers-for-nip-85 for more details.
Each provider generates a new pubkey for each customer. So the total of pubkeys you have found tells us how many NIP85 ‘customers’ are there (this is an estimation tho)
