I like to make fun of some of Dave Ramsey’s recommendations. Also, he is a cult leader and a boomer boss.
That said, he is also kind of based. I 80% ageee with him on no debt. He’d have probably told me not to get a mortgage. Instead I got one with plan for rapid repayment. The rich dad poor dad guy would say: get five mortgages and live out of a van.
