I don''t think there's much in it. I think #mullvad shades it on the desktop because it works seamlessly with Mullvad browser and proxy which makes it hard for sites to tell you're using a #VPN.
I think Mullvad allows more clients but #IVPN still allows 2 and most people need no more.
