I'm talking about people I've worked with for almost a decade. It takes time to build trust, but you get to a point where it really wouldn't make sense to try to screw each other over because you complement each other's skills and you're much better off working together.

Re Germany, I would never live in Germany. Love my German friends but there's way too much pedantry in the culture. It's like say nigger is worst than actual literal genocide. French are much more nuanced and forgiving in this way.
