I'm surr you'll know already but plan a sunset at Sounion. Also have dinner in Plaka, the atmosphere is great. If you're into that there are a few archaeological museums. The Acropolis one is really good. If you have the time you coudl take a bus or drive to Delphi, it's really worth it!
