It seems you'd have to have a fixed point of reference for both time and space, which I'm not sure is possible if space is expanding and everything including galaxies are moving. Between that and the Grandfather Paradox, the only "time travel" I see possible is relativistic time dilation (e.g. returning home to your world's "future.")
