I don't actually know what to say to all the people (rightly) complaining about racism, and hate, and all the other -isms on here. Most people on the fediverse have zero power relating to changes.
What can we do other than reporting the guilty? How can we put pressure on the developers so they add more safety features? So they listen to the victims?
Trying to find user based solutions ends up with us blaming the victims. I did that earlier and ended up being an asshole. It sucks. How can privileged people here do better and help? How do we "force" change to better protect others?
