Reading two (not intentionally) short story collections this week: Things We Lost In The Fire by Mariana Enríquez (ebook) and The Low Desert by Tod Goldberg (audiobook). The first collection seems pretty dark; I think I'll need something more lighthearted when I'm done with it. Goldberg is reliable for his crime/underworld stories.
