I don't know how you have the clarity over Mozilla's ad practices to know that they aren't selling data when they can't even muster that language.

I understand not wanting to rush to judgment, but Mozilla came right out of the gate with an extremely broad license grant that they defended as required for their business before backing off within two days.

We already know Mozilla tried to get more legal privileges than required!
