nostr.blue 0.8.13 is now live on the web and zapstore!
The biggest addition in this release is Google Drive Cloud Backup. You can now back up your Nostr keys to Google Drive. Restore is supported across both web and Android, making it easy for new users to recover their identity or move between devices.
Navigation is smoother with centralized NIP-19 URL handling. Clicking any nostr: link (npub, note, naddr, nprofile, nevent) now properly resolves and routes to the right page with relay hints included for faster loading. Profile data is also prefetched during route resolution so profile pages load faster.
On the music side, there's a new RSS Artist page so you can browse full artist catalogs, plus fixes for RSS album auth state and track share URLs. Radio station discovery also got an upgrade with discovery via the WaveFunc relay.
A new Sign-In modal has been added across the app, so when you hit an auth-required feature while logged out, you can sign in right there without leaving the page.
The privacy policy has also been updated, and backward compatibility has been improved for older data formats.
We still need more testers to widen our release path for Google Play. Please consider enrolling at https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.nostr.blue
