⚡️🇫🇷 NEW - Tax data for nearly 680,000 people was reportedly stolen following a cyberattack targeting the DGFIP.

A hacker using the pseudonym ZeroBytes claims to have extracted 678,438 data records:
- identity
- date and place of birth
- addresses
- phone number, email address, marital status
- taxable income

According to the reported figures, 392,867 individuals and 285,570 businesses are believed to be affected.

Among the individuals are 26,805 people with a taxable income exceeding €100,000, 386 with income over €1 million, and 8 with income over €10 million.

The hacker claims to have gained VPN access and then used an internal government tool before their access was cut off.
At this time, the DGFiP has not publicly confirmed the authenticity or the exact scope of this breach.
