There's enough drama to write proper tensions and conflicts:

- The climate disasters
- Failing infrastructure and supply chains
- Humanitarian needs
- Collaborating with other, messy humans
- Ideological clashes with other people who still want to help

We don't need to go Mad Max to imagine high stakes in a #climate story.
