While I hold no sympathy for AI cheaters, I find it strange how disconnected academia has become from the real world. Academia earnestly believes that literature, philosophy, or art degrees have merit beyond their walls.

Meanwhile anyone who's ever gone to a job interview understands that degrees exist as a checkbox on a form, and few of them are actually worth the paper they're printed on.
