A Russian murderer, Ivan Rossomakhin, was released from prison to fight in Ukraine's war, only to kill an elderly woman, Yulia Byuskikh, and is now released again to return to the front, despite serving 14 years for murder and being sentenced to 22 years in prison for her rape and murder.
