So I learned that by changing some config values away from their defaults, Neo4j is pretty much in the same deployment tier as Postgres. Neo4j's defaults are tuned for enterprise servers whereas postgres' defaults are tuned to lighter environments. But when you compare apples to apples, Neo4j is can be very accessible on low-medium tier compute. It's not sqlite but neither is Postgres.
