That's not a good solution. The relay software is not yet at standards where you can easily delete spam quickly. The users coming into Nostr shouldn't have to spend time picking which relay is filtering spam or not.
The solution here is requiring "follow requests" that cost 1 Satoshi or less. That will make it too expensive for bots to operate.
I also don't want anyone intereacting with my profile unless I accept their follow request.
Your profile is a good example that waiting for relays to remove spam is a terrible solution. Many of your notes are full of spam.
