Have you looked at https://www.languagetransfer.org for Greek? The course is fantastic (well, that's a subjective answer because I enjoyed it). Otherwise 1-1 tuition or co-study (very open to that for Greek at the moment) or ploughing through exercises combined with *lots* of note-taking works for me with French, more or less. Most of the 'lite' methods felt a bit superficial after a while. I'm an indifferent language learner so I have to work at it. Happy to rummage through my Greek learning books if a recommendation or two would be welcome?
