But that's just it - these weren't bots, they were actual *people* that were making these decisions. I know that they're usually equated to "bots", but they're people that I actually *met* in meatspace.
Why go to all that trouble to have the meetings and then not provide any way to address and/or remediate any problem areas? It just makes no sense to me. And it wasn't clear to me that it actually *was* HR that dinged me - I think they're just a convenient scapegoat because their methods are impenetrable and inscrutable.
