today I mentioned to the spouse that part of the reason I haven't been leaving the house much is not just the job stuff, but also like, knowing that ICE has been active in my county and not wanting to get arrested because I "fit the profile" and don't have sufficient ID.
sometimes I say stuff out loud about anxiety hoping that he will simply go, "yeah nah, that's not real."
today, he just gave me a grim look and said that's probably wise.
