Yeah I’m pretty lucky. My woman was with me through a decade of Crohn’s disease and morphine addiction. She’s the only person who knows about the gambling.
Working out and lifting heavy is the best defense for addiction. If people worked out hard while going to treatment, I think there would be a much higher success rate.
