If you value lower fees over quicker trades, I don't think there is really any other way besides making an offer and waiting. Seems like an inevitable trade-off. I don't mind waiting days for someone to take a trade but that's just me. Hopefully Serai and Thorchain will bring more liquidity and cheaper fees should follow.
