Remember kids, just because a slop machine can write emails that are "good enough" or create slide decks that are "good enough" or even analyze a spreadsheet because you couldn't be bothered does not mean that they have any business anywhere near critical infrastructure. The "LOL, it just hallucinated" shtick isn't acceptable when life safety is involved.
