1. This is a mere tiny part of the workforce being diminished getting engaged in this way. It's not likely the silver lining it is painted as.
2. the billing rates the interviewees are quoted as working for are WAAAAYYY undervalued perhaps unbelievably so... If you are in this situation, DO NOT sell yourself short.
