the frustrating part about this breakup is that it didn't happen on the basis that she was very unhappy with our relationship, but that she was mildly unhappy on got to know someone else who gave her compliments and presents and flirted with her. it went on and she didn't realize what happened until it was too late, and then she started to have conflicting feelings. She wanted to keep our relationship, but wasn't strong enough to shake of her feelings for her coworker. I couldn't demand her to change her job, as she just got employed after years of unemployment and is very happy with what she's doing. the only person i'm really mad at is her coworker, who didn't stop once he got to know she had a boyfriend. I believe in decency, and a decent person would stop any flirting once they realize that the other is in a closed relationship. A decent person would make clear, that they do not want to cause any damage. I'm also angry about myself for not listening better to her and being defensive, when she told me i was going cold on her. In fact i was just busy with work, or didn't see the point in compliments, as they would feel uncomfortable to recieve for me.
