yesterday while writing this post i found a post i wrote 10 years ago that expressed my concerns about the difficulties the world was going to experience: https://winnielim.org/journal/the-lack-of-hope-in-our-future/

for me, it matters that i documented my psychological footsteps – because even back then this was how i perceived reality. it reminded me why publishing is important to me even though i don't feel it day to day. it allows me to know who i am, and who i was.
