Most people that studied bitcoin (and LSP) are hopefully already set-up for this kind of events with plenty of funding on layer two (LN mostly)
Additionally everybody should be ready to start transacting off chain (moving private keys off-chain is free - no fees needed and can be done phisically with limited trust needed)
Never forget thet you can "move" utxo by moving 24words (or physical paper bitcoin with unknown (single use only) private keys)
Meanwhile more and more people would start mining as attackers will be doing helicopter money over miners
Once attacker has finished handing out free money everybody can go back to normal transactions
