Today in "My Breakfast Can Beat Up Your Breakfast"
Pastured duck egg cooked medium soft yolk, over a left over piece of grass fed flank steak with a blue cheese crumble.
I don't know if I will ever stop shaking my head at people that call my diet a dangerous fad and say it isn't sustainable.
FWIW I broke the yolk before the picture because it is the real magic!
