The hiring manager locks the sats when the job is posted. Then releases on job completion. We have used trust scores as a means of hiring, you can choose the minimum trust score you wish to hire.

If a dispute is raised, we can step in to moderate. However in time this will be outsourced to community members with high trust scores.

Sats are locked so freelancer can see the job is backed by real existing sats, not promises to pay.

We have more features and bugs to continue to work through as they arise.
