Format request:
When I look at a response there is sometimes a summary or “high level review” in form of an outlined box summarizing important points.

The presentation on a phone is awkward as I have to scroll to the right while reading a thin string of text (sometimes very long), then go back and do it again for all of the bullet-points.

Request to format this differently, at least on the phone.
