It's not possible to provide that on devices not meeting our hardware requirements. Samsung devices either don't allow using another OS or cripple functionality including security if you do use one. Stock Pixel OS doesn't provide anywhere close to the privacy and security of GrapheneOS. GrapheneOS doesn't exist to make insecure devices less bad.
