The toxic work culture exists coz people don’t quit such jobs. They have nowhere to go. If this was an anomaly, the free market would have corrected it. The employees would leave enmasse and the business would be shut.
But coz there are so few jobs, they get to call the shots. There are always 100 people waiting to jump onto your toxic job, the day you quit.
